Settling In

Taking the first steps in your new home

You've landed abroad, the jet lag's starting to lift, and you think you might have found your new favorite café around the corner. You can't believe you're actually here.

Now what?

Your first few months abroad are for getting settled into the routines of your new home. Your body and brain are working overtime. There's a lot to learn. You're exhausted and exhilarated, sometimes at both at once. You cycle back and forth between the honeymoon phase and the 'oh god what I have done’ phase. One minute you're in love with your new home, and the next you're irritated with everyone and everything.

The highs and lows can hit like a ton of bricks.

As your coach, I'm here to support your mental health and wellbeing during this beautiful, messy, challenging transition.

My goal is to help you move from overwhelmed to empowered as you start building the life you want. We'll focus on your goals and priorities during this transition, whatever they may be.
